Casa Forza III & IV
Casa Forza III and IV consists of 2 separate houses, each with a separate entrance. Both houses have their own facilities.

Casa Forza III and IV can be rented per part of the house. However, if you want to use the whole, that is possible!
​
​Casa Forza III can accommodate 4 people. The house has a living/cooking area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
​
Casa Forza IV can accommodate 6 people. The house has a living/cooking area, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
​
The house has a private outdoor pool and a beautiful outdoor kitchen from which you also have a beautiful view!
What can we offer you with Casa Forza III & IV:
Swimming pool (outdoor)
A lovely private outdoor pool with luxury sunbeds and an outdoor shower. You can also relax on an outdoor bed!
Terraces and verandas
There are terraces around the Casa, with plenty of seating areas to relax.
Outdoor kitchen with BBQ & pizza oven
A luxurious outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired BBQ and a separate pizza oven in which fresh bread can also be baked!

Lightning fast WiFi network
Lightning-fast WiFi network with a wide range. The house has internet TV so you can watch any program you want.
Fully equipped kitchen
Both Casa III and IV have a fully equipped kitchen with all the desired equipment such as oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine.
Air conditioning / heating & wood stove
The air conditioning provides cooling in the summer and warmth during the winter months. Casa III has a wood stove which provides cozy warmth.

3 spacious bathrooms & washing machine
Casa III has 2 spacious bathrooms with toilet, Casa IV has 1 bathroom with toilet. There is a washing machine available.
Spacious bedrooms & roof terrace
Casa III has 2 bedrooms and Casa IV has 3 bedrooms. All rooms have ample closet space!
Prices
Due to the fantastic southern Spanish climate, we do not have a high or low season, not even in terms of pricing. That is why we use the following prices (per house part) throughout the year:

€ 600 for a long weekend (Friday to Monday).

€ 670 for a midweek (Monday to Friday).

€ 920 for a week (for example Saturday to Saturday).

€ 1,690 for two weeks.
The above prices include the use of electricity (up to 12 kWh per day), water, wifi, swimming pool and air conditioning/heating. In order to always receive you and the next guest(s) in a clean and fresh house, we charge a one-off €125 for cleaning costs. Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation.
