Casa Forza I & II
Casa Forza consists of 2 separate houses separated by a central entrance. Both houses are individually lockable and have their own (equal) facilities.
Due to this duo design, Casa Forza can be rented per part of the house (maximum 5 people). However, if you want to make use of the whole, we can accommodate groups of up to 10 people.

Swimming pool (outdoor)
A lovely private outdoor pool with outdoor shower and luxurious sunbeds.

Terraces and verandas
The terraces are equipped with comfortable lounge sofas and ample seating.
Outdoor BBQ
A wood-fired outdoor BBQ that can also be used for preparing paella!

Lightning fast WiFi network
Lightning-fast WiFi network with a wide range. Every house has internet TV so that every desired program can be watched.
Living area with open kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with all desired equipment such as oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine.
Air conditioning / heating
Cool in the summer, comfortable during the winter months.

Two bathrooms and a washing machine
Both downstairs and upstairs is a bathroom with toilet. Every house has a washing machine.
Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes
Each house has three bedrooms, with single beds, and plenty of closet space.
Prices
Due to the fantastic southern Spanish climate, we do not have a high or low season, not even in terms of pricing. That is why we use the following prices throughout the year (per house with a maximum of 5 people):

€ 600 for a long weekend (Friday to Monday).

€ 670 for a midweek (Monday to Friday).

€ 920 for a week (for example Saturday to Saturday).

€ 1,690 for two weeks.
The above prices include the use of electricity (up to 12 kWh per day), water, wifi, swimming pool and air conditioning/heating. In order to always receive you and the next guest(s) in a clean and fresh house, we charge a one-off €125 for cleaning costs. Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation.
